Customer satisfaction survey – Results reflect our success

The ECONOSTO Oy Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 indicates that our customers appreciate long-term collaboration, high-quality products, and expert service. The survey provided us with valuable feedback, helping us further enhance the customer experience. We warmly thank all participants—your feedback helps us improve our operations.

The survey was conducted during the autumn of 2024, and we received a total of 100 responses. The majority of respondents were our resellers.

According to the 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey, 93% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with our cooperation.

Survey results show that 93% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with our cooperation, with an overall rating of 4.42 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Customer trust is also evident in the fact that 97% of respondents would choose ECONOSTO Oy again as their supplier. This confirms that our operations meet customer expectations and that we are a reliable and valued partner, responding efficiently and flexibly to our customers’ needs. Additionally, 70% of respondents reported having been our customers for over 10 years, highlighting the importance of long-term partnerships.

High NPS score reflects willingness to recommend

The 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey shows that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) was +71, an excellent result. This score indicates that our customers are willing to recommend ECONOSTO Oy to their colleagues and partners. A high NPS score is a clear sign that our customer experience and services meet expectations.

High-quality service and a versatile product range stand out in responses

Our product quality received an excellent rating of 4.44, while the price-quality ratio was rated 4.19. Customers particularly valued our diverse product selection, product availability, and the speed and accessibility of our service. These results confirm that we can provide reliable and high-quality solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Constructive feedback guides us toward an even better customer experience

The survey also highlighted key areas for improvement where customers hope to see enhancements. Predictability of delivery times and adherence to schedules were mentioned, especially in cases of delays. Improving product availability and increasing stock levels were among the main customer requests.

Regarding service, customers hoped for faster responses to inquiries and quotations, as well as more personal contact with sales representatives. Further development of sales staff product knowledge and improvements in logistics efficiency, such as delivery accuracy and the speed of order confirmations, were also identified as important focus areas.
